Áramgenerátor direkt fűtésű csövek fűtéséhez

Közvetlenül fűtött csövek fűtéséhez használható áramgenerátorok. Két változatban. Az erősítő felépítésétől függ melyik verziót célszerű használni.

DH(TP) fűtő áramgenerátorok

  • R1, R1*1 ellenállásokkal illetve R1 potenciométerrel lehet beállítani a fűtőáramot.
  • R2 gerjedésgátló. Értékével óvatosan kell bánni. Sok esetben elhagyható, pár száz Ohm fölötti értéknél gerjedhet az áramkör.
  • C1 kompenzáló kapacitás, nekem nem volt rá szükségem, de lehetnek olyan félvezető kombinációk, amiknél kellhet.
  • Q1 helyén én BC5xx sorozatú tranzisztort használtam, mert ez volt kéznél.Szinte minden általános célú kis jelű tranzisztorral jól működik az áramkör.
  • Q2 hagyományos darlington. Nem kell túl gyors eszköz ide, de az alacsony kapacitás fontos! Azzal, hogy nem kompozit darlington került ide Q1 magasabb CE feszültséggel üzemelhet, nem kell alacsony feszültségen is megfelelően működő eszközt használni.
  • Q3 árama R5 ellenállással beállítható, 4-5mA jelen esetben bőven elegendő volt. Legrosszabb esetben is elegendő bázis áramot tud szolgáltatni Q2 számára.
  • R4 opcionális, nagyobb feszültségeknél/áramoknál segít Q3 disszipációját elfogadható szinten tartani.

Az áramkör egyszerű, alig pár alkatrészből áll és jól működik. A szimuláció szerint a tápelnyomás >= 70dB. Q2/Q102 hűtést igényel! Q2/Q102 zárlatakor a cső fűtőárama NAGYON megnőhet. C1 értékét megfelelően nagyra növelve ~10-47uF megszűnik az AC visszacatolás, ami jó hatással lehet a hangminőségre...
